Lola has been a splendid guide. She was fun, entertaining, and very knowledgeable. She managed to make us forget for a while the extreme heat we experienced. A true pleasure, 100% recommended. Thank you, Lola.
Lola was very nice. She explained a lot. She was very natural and took her time with us. I would recommend 100% even some people that were late. She didn’t make it feel them awkward very nice lady and this tour is very pretty. It’s a lot of history in this museum and a lot of history in this palace.
Lola was a great and informative guide.
Hard to find the ticket office. August is extremely hot for this excursion due to much outdoor activity. Guide didn’t know location of elevator after sending people to use it. Worst part was having the time change from 9:45 to 1:00 which caused us to miss half the Prado tour due to another experience we had booked and could not cancel.
The tour was well-organised, informative and enjoyable. The guide, Ruben, was excellent. I would highly reccomend this tour.
Nice tour, Ruben was personable as well as knowledgeable. Good way to see these sites. A lot of material covered in a short time
The tour was excellent. Rubén proved to be a very punctual, organized guide with deep knowledge of the route. I was traveling with two elderly people and, at all times, he showed exceptional attention, being empathetic, patient, and very considerate of their needs. I enjoyed the experience very much and I fully recommend it to any traveler looking for quality service and a committed guide.
Really enjoyed Miguel’s excellent historical, informative and amusing narrative at both the Palace and the Prado.
Angel is an excellent guide. He is knowledgeable about the subject and is very kind and entertaining.
Our guide, Adri, was incredibly knowledgeable and personable. Ours was a very long tour on a hot day, but it just flew by. It was a terrific combination of history, art, insights, and suggestions about things to do and see that would make the rest of our stay here in Madrid special. We would absolutely take another tour with this organization and with Adri particularly.
