Thus isn't any better than an Uber. The driver waited outside the airport until we got our luggage and then we waited 10 minutes for him to arrive. I could have got an Uber SUV for $58. A car service should meet you at baggage claim and help with luggage. There were other drivers at Baggage Claim so I know it's possible at MIA.
The drivers had great communication and were prompt ! They were kind and helpful ! I would definitely use this service again.
