Great staff, very nice clean boat with many different viewing platforms! Unique route brought us into the cargo port area as well. Narration in Dutch, German, English and French. Clean bathrooms and a nicely stocked snack/bar.
I did the tour that takes 2 and half hours and goes quite a long way down river. Excellent views of docks ships and industrial sites. Comfortable seating inside or out. Good adequate catering for food and drinks. Good value
The first 15 minutes and the last were the most interesting. But beyond that, you are mostly in the industrial shipping area. You will pass a couple of windmills. Nice ride if you want to get off your feet for an hour or so.

The recorded 'guide' was hard to follow, far too many languages and the whole tour was quite a big disappointment. the only positive was that we had respite from the sun, coz they have a big indoor area to sit.

This tour was very boring. You go through the harbor, and that's it. You can not hear anything. They were telling you information, but the sound system was not good. Also, everyone on the boat was talking. You can order food and drinks if you want. Would not do this tour again.

Full tour of harbor especially the amazing commercial port
Nice tour through the port of Rotterdam. Along the way you will learn a lot about the current and previous situation in the port. You can choose to sit both outside and inside. Halfway through the tour there is a possibility to order a drink at the bar inside
Comfortable craft with indoor and outdoor seating. Refreshments available. Trip covered several miles downstream of the starting point.
