This is a brilliant tour. Tom have us a fascinating tour of the area covering 1000s of years of London history. He blended historical fact and details in an entertaining and engaging way. I would highly recommend this tour!
Amazing, very informative tour ! Not to be missed. Our guide Tom is well versed in Historical Facts ! We walked at a good pace .
This was an extremely interesting and informative tour of the City of London The tour uncovered lots of fascinating historical points and was led politely and in relaxed fashion. Would definitely recommend Mike B
Tom really knows his stuff! He has put together a really interesting and well crafted tour, paced just right, and delivered with style. I thought I knew London quite well but still learned a lot. He also does a nice job of signposting other free-to-enter historic places on the route, if you have more time after the tour finishes. Highly recommended.
The tour was extremely interesting. So many places one normally just walks past with so much fascinating history. Tom’s delivery is exceptional and he weaves a story which keeps you hooked to the end.
Very enjoyable and informative tour with appropriate humour - I have been on three tours with Tom now and have another booked. Would recommend highly
I booked this tour because I wanted to know about London’s ancient roots. This tour answered all my questions, and it was a really very well articulated presentation. The leader Tom is very intelligent and takes his work seriously – although he does have a wee sense of humor. I found it very informative and I would recommend it to anyone.
Wish I’d found out about Tom’s tours sooner. Engaging, insightful, knowledgeable and wished it had lasted longer. Will rebook!
A fantastic 2 hours of seeing the real old London with Tom an excellent guide. I would recommend this walk for those interested in London History. It was the highlight of our London trip. I wouldn’t recommend this walk for children. On my next visit I will definitely do another one of Toms walks.
Absolutely brilliant couple of hours. Tom was very knowledgeable with many anecdotes. Our group was only 7 people so also very personal. Well worth putting aside the time for this wonderful walk through history.
