Enjoy white sand, crystal-clear waters, and the resort’s beachfront restaurant and bar. Experience a 45-minute guided snorkeling session to explore colorful corals and marine life. After snorkeling, return to the beach to continue enjoying the area. When it’s time to head back, we’ll ensure you’re returned to your ship with plenty of time before its scheduled departure, guaranteeing a smooth and worry-free experience.

Pickup Locations & Times
The meeting time is scheduled for one hour after your ship docks in port. Ship time and local time may differ, so we've adjusted the meeting time accordingly. If your ship's arrival time changes, the meeting time will remain one hour after your arrival. You can disembark earlier than one hour after docking, if possible, as our tour representatives are available before your ship arrives. Rest assured, if you're unable to make it within the hour, our representatives will wait for you. INSTRUCTIONS MAHOGANY BAY CARNIVAL CRUISE PORT: HOW TO FIND US * Walk through the Shopping Center. * Exit through the Covered Gangway to find the Carnival Taxis and buses. * Turn left when you reach the road and walk uphill to the Security Gate. * Walk down the small hill, and at the bottom, you'll see our Staff holding a sign that says “ROATÁN TUCAN ADVENTURES”. MEETING INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE "PORT OF ROATAN, COXEN HOLE. • When you get off the ship, walk into the port. Pass the shops, pass the artificial rocks and painting on the wall to your right. • Turn to your right where you will find the shop “Piraña Joe”. • Continue walking forward. Turn to your right before you get to the “Tucán Gift shop”. • Walk under the covered top and follow the port signs towards “Port Offices,” “Taxi,” and “Exit.” You will come to a covered pavilion lined with stalls on either side that will be occupied by companies promoting their tours. • Continue straight through this area, following the sidewalk path straight ahead. Look for security gate 1, please Exit through there. • We will be right outside the security gate with a sign saying “ROATAN TUCAN ADVENTURES”. If you're staying at a hotel in Roatan, just give us your details and address, and we'll pick you up at the right time and date. Cynthia met us at the pickup location. She was welcoming and friendly from the beginning. She spoke excellent English and was knowledgeable of the area. We stopped at the Sloths, monkeys and macaws. Cynthia toons care of the tickets and handed us off to the guide there. We loved getting to interact with the animals. Next stop was the beach. Cynthia took care of entry there and set us up with great chairs in a good location. She stepped back to let us enjoy the beach until time for snorkeling. The beach was clear and beautiful. When it was time for snorkeling, Cynthia took us to the boat and it was amazing. The water was beautiful and we saw fish and coral. This part was the highlight of the excursion for me. When we got back to shore, Cynthia was waiting. We stayed at the beach until we were ready to go. Cynthia offered to stop for food at a local place, but we opted for the Chocolate store instead. There was a short demonstration about the Chocolate, then we got to sample it. There were also yummy frozen treats. Cynthia delivered us back to the port on time. She made the day feel safe,secure and we learned so much. I highly recommend this tour with Cynthia.
Cynthia did an awesome job. She was very informative and personable. She took us to the sloth park first and knew just where to park so we didn’t get blocked in. Then we went it west beach which was beautiful. While at west beach we went snorkeling. The reef and fish were beautiful. Best snorkeling I have ever done in my life. Saw tuns of beautiful tropical fish, a stingray and beautiful natural coral. After snorkeling we went back to the beach enjoyed the pool and and relaxing in the sun. When we finished the beach we asked if we could stop by the chocolate factory. Of course Cynthia obliged, the chocolate was delicious along with an interesting talk about the history of chocolate in the area. The whole days was very enjoyable and if we are ever on the island again we will book another trip and request Cynthia again.
Jonny was our tour guide and he was fantastic. He explained everything to us and was always there when we needed him. He arranged all of our activities, found us chairs at the beach, and made sure everything went as planned. We highly recommend this tour and ask for Jonny.
We had a great time, our guide Kendrick was awesome, everyone with Tucan Adventures went above and beyond our expectations. When we come back, we will definitely call them for our next adventure.
Cynthia was so helpful and friendly. We had a family group of 9 ranging in ages from 2-72. It made it comfortable and flexible to accommodate everyone’s needs.
I booked through Trip Advisor because the cost to book through the cruise line was double per person. I was able to get a private driver for the day and Alfredo was great. Not only did he take us to the spots that we paid for, he gave us a tour around Honduras as well. Instead of eating at the beach we were able to go to a local restaurant and eat on top of a mountain. It was the end to a perfect day!! 10 out of 10 recommendation!!
We are a family of 4, we had a great experience in this tour and the amazing guide Allan. We had a van just for us. Our little boy is 4 years old so he stayed with my husband at the beach while my daughter and I did the snorkeling, we LOVED West Bay beach! I can recommend this tour to anyone!
We had Keisha as our guide, driver, babysitter, guard of our personal belongings and most of all our friend! She was so friendly and kind to us. We learn a little about her and it was so fun. We would highly recommend her as your guide. The monkey, sloth and parrot experience was awesome. The water was crystal clear and perfect temperature. Again, thank you to Keisha we loved her and will never forget our day with her.
Amazing experience and even better tour guide, Carlo made sure we had everything we needed and even kept up with our group of 10 while at the beach and pools and knew exactly where we all were, really made us feel welcome and like we got to know a lot about the locals. 10/10 experience
This was an awesome day! Nathan was a great guide on our trip. The ecological park was cool; sloths, monkeys and birds, The beach club had shade and sun and a pool and beach. The snorkeling was amazing! Nathan took great care of us and got back with time to spare! Highly recommend!
