Once your cruise arrives at the port, our team will meet you right outside the port when you arrive in Coxen Hole or at Mahogany Bay. You will be picked up in a private car with your personal driver, ensuring a personalized and private service. From there, we will set off to begin your excursion for the day.

Pickup Locations & Times
The meeting time is scheduled for one hour after your ship docks in port. Ship time and local time may differ, so we've adjusted the meeting time accordingly. If your ship's arrival time changes, the meeting time will remain one hour after your arrival. You can disembark earlier than one hour after docking, if possible, as our tour representatives are available before your ship arrives. Rest assured, if you're unable to make it within the hour, our representatives will wait for you. INSTRUCTIONS MAHOGANY BAY CARNIVAL CRUISE PORT: HOW TO FIND US * Walk through the Shopping Center. * Exit through the Covered Gangway to find the Carnival Taxis and buses. * Turn left when you reach the road and walk uphill to the Security Gate. * Walk down the small hill, and at the bottom, you'll see our Staff holding a sign that says “ROATÁN TUCAN ADVENTURES”. MEETING INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE "PORT OF ROATAN, COXEN HOLE. • When you get off the ship, walk into the port. Pass the shops, pass the artificial rocks and painting on the wall to your right. • Turn to your right where you will find the shop “Piraña Joe”. • Continue walking forward. Turn to your right before you get to the “Tucán Gift shop”. • Walk under the covered top and follow the port signs towards “Port Offices,” “Taxi,” and “Exit.” You will come to a covered pavilion lined with stalls on either side that will be occupied by companies promoting their tours. • Continue straight through this area, following the sidewalk path straight ahead. Look for security gate 1, please Exit through there. • We will be right outside the security gate with a sign saying “ROATAN TUCAN ADVENTURES”. If you're staying at a hotel in Roatan, just give us your details and address, and we'll pick you up at the right time and date. Our team will make sure everything goes smoothly, so you have a hassle-free experience.

Our tour guide Ruth was very courteous and knowledgable of Roatan's history. All activity was well worth the expense. The grandkids enjoy the interactions with the animals. Memories were made.
Being a woman and solo traveling with just my young daughter, I was a little nervous. Kenisa Made me feel comfortable and assured me we were safe. The tour is very flexible and they will make sure you get to see everything you want to see. We had a great time. I highly recommend this tour.
The animal experience with the sloths and monkeys was ok. However, the chocolate “factory” tour is overstated. It’s a chocolate store with a few very small demonstrations. The chocolate is delicious but it’s not a factory. The rum tasting is a hole-in-the-wall shanty with various flavored rums this guy is trying to sell you for way too much money. The only thing about this tour that was outstanding was our driver Elda.
Our tour guide was amazing! She was attentive, made sure we made the most of every stop.
The experience with the guide was excellent; he answered all the questions we had and was very kind at all times. The only thing is that I hadn't realized that the animals were kept in cages; I thought they were free, so I couldn't do this part of the tour.
This was an awesome excursion. We were worried about finding our driver but we followed the directions exactly and easily found our group. Our tour guide and driver David was great! We enjoyed all the history and quick entry into every place we went. He is a true Roatan native and knows all the best places to go! The monkey park guide was amazing also. I forget his name, but was great too. The lunch spot had a gorgeous view and wonderful authentic food. Loved that as well. Got back to port with plenty of time to shop the port if we wanted.
My partner and I fell in love with our tour guide Diana Johnson. She’s is such a sweet person and willing to take you anywhere for pictures. She is a local born and raised in the island so she was very informative about the history and recommended many places. We felt safe and she was as excited as we were to go in excursion. I was craving green mangoes and coffee and her response was “say less, anything for you”. I highly recommend touring with her.
We had such an amazing time ! First we started ziplining ! Was amazing !! Had so much fun !! The only thing that i would recommend is to bring water ! It is very hot at the top ! And you do have to wsit for the full party to get into each stop so you will be waiting in the heat ! To go to every stop ! We had cynthia as our tour and she was beyone amazing and so sweet ! She felt like part of our family ! Ahe had lunch with us and she heard we lived mangoes and even stopped and went out of her way to get us a bag of mangos !!! And let me tell you those mangoes areeeeeeee soooooo sweet ! Get the whole bag ! We had lunch and she went to wash them for us and even had them cut !!! Cynthia definitely made our trip an awesome trip ! To ziplining to seeing the animals ! My favorite was the monkey jumping around on you !! Dont think twice bookk it !!! You wont regret it !!
Johnny was great throughout the tour and let us spend as much and as little time depending on our interests level of each stop. We even added a local coffee tasting right across from the Rum Company. Eco-park was good and busy as expected but we were able to take pictures of Sloth and interact with monkeys and macaws. highly recommended!!
This tour was amazing. JD was our tour guide and he treated us well. Definitely was the VIP treatment. Highly recommend this tour to others that are considering it. Ask for JD
