What a fun day! Our tour guide Eider was fantastic! The 2hr drive from San Sebastián to Riojas (LaGuardia) went by quickly with our guide providing information on wines, vineyards, basque language and customs. Each winery provided a unique and wonderful experience. Eider did an awesome job making sure my vegetarian wife and the others with dietary restrictions (gluten free) were accommodated at each stop. After ordering a sampling of basque foods for lunch, she even walked with us on a brief tour of LaGuardia, a beautiful basque town! What a beautiful experience we had!
