I took a private Circus Circus tour with Laurinda. I love Las Vegas history so I was I heaven with the tour. Laurinda is such a fun guide, enthusiastic and really full of the history there! The usual tour they do is in Downtown and I have no doubt it’s amazing also.

A great part of my recent vacation

I really enjoyed learning the history of the red light district and downtown Las Vegas. Our guide Sylvia really brought to life the story of the women who worked there, why they came, what their hopes were, and fit that into the larger history of Las Vegas. The tour also highlights the amazing physical record that still exists from that era. Las Vegas is a city hell bent on blinding you with distractions. Thanks to this tour I saw and learned a lot about the architecture and artifacts still present in the downtown area, things I would have otherwise missed. As someone with a love of history and a love of Las Vegas, this tour was well worth the time.

Great tour

The Red Light District tour was great. Our guide, Sylvia, did a fantastic job of providing us with the history and context behind the origination, growth, and development of Las Vegas. We understood a variety of aspects as to why the sex trade occurred and grew as the city grew and developed as well as the risks and consequences of the sex trade. Silvia had a book with pictures of some of the old buildings and people from Las Vegas’ history. We went through several casinos and walked down Fremont Street and Sylvia pointed out certain interesting restaurants. She gave us a map to keep. I recommend this tour.

History and hidden gems

Brilliant tour of downtown Vegas with Sofia. She brought the history of Las Vegas to life with stories and AI videos, and the highlight for me was popping into the casinos for all the hidden gems that I would never have found on my own. Highly recommended!

Decent walking tour

Walking tour. It was good but not great. The tour guide did a great job but there honestly isn't much to see. Much of the historical stuff is gone.
