Then, join our small-group workshop to master the secrets: achieving the perfect socarrat (the prized crispy rice crust), using Albufera rice from Valencia's own fields, and balancing saffron like a pro. While your paella simmers, enjoy a sangria-making workshop and sample traditional tapas. Then sit down to feast on your creation with local wine, salad, mistela, and homemade dessert.

Incredible experience. We got way more than we expected. Besides the Paella we enjoyed tapas, sangria, great conversation and some history. We worked as teams to create our paellas traditional (Valencian), seafood and vegetarian. It was a great experience to all eat what we created together. Please book this experience, you'll thank me later.
