Overall good experience, but was very disappointed by the food experience. You have to physically sit inside at a table to order food and wait until the food has arrived before you can go anywhere (versus outside etc), and the wait for food was 45 minutes. I usually go to Sojo Spa and the food service there is far more efficient. In and out to enjoy the rest of the spa! I would go here again but I’d just make sure I don’t go hungry. Eat beforehand lol.
A fantastic spa! The views are stunning as are the pools! There are so many different rooms after 5 hours we needed more time! Joshua helped us thru out the day with directions as it is hugh and in two buildings. We were a group of 5 women & we all can’t wait to go back!
The facilities are amazing - views of Manhattan gorgeous. Saunas- pools- facilities- staff - not a bad word. Went there for a sunset view of Manhattan and that didn't disappoint. But when it came to the food it was a disaster. The place was buzzing with people yet the restaurant was closed and only the bistro was serving food - out of the snacks only 1 item on the menu was available. They were severely understaffed and the staff was doing everything possible to accommodate everyone satisfactory. Unsurprisingly the dinner order placed after snacks came out completely wrong... the mushroom risotto served could at best be described as sloppy cooked rice with chopped mushrooms added. When offering a night experience, and knowing exactly how many people have booked expensive tickets to what is supposed to be an experience to please all your senses, not to staff accordingly if inexcusable. If it wasn't for the fact that the place and the location is exceptional I would have given it 1 star.
All of the waterfront seating area was closed while staff worked on replacing lounge chairs one at a time. The remaining open section was impacted by construction noise, and the limited seating that was available was overcrowded and far from the water and views that guests come to enjoy. This work would have been much better scheduled before opening hours rather than during peak guest hours. The seating area remained closed for the entire four hours of my visit (10:00 AM–2:00 PM) on a beautiful Friday afternoon in June. I was very disappointed that management chose to handle a seasonal chair replacement in a way that significantly impacted paying guests’ ability to enjoy the space. When visitors are paying a premium to experience the full facility, access to key amenities and waterfront seating should be prioritized.
My husband treated me for my birthday and we went on my actual birthday May 22, 2026. Overall it was a great experience we had the all day birthday special. It was somewhat cool upper 50's and windy so we didn't really get to experience the outdoor pool as much as we would have liked. But I enjoyed the foot massage class the seaweed facial class and other amenities. I didn't enjoy my over priced massage, I've received way better massages for $60 at the local massage place in my area. I would love to go back when it's warmer and definately during a weekday just minus the massage.
I brought my aunt and mother here as a belated birthday celebration for my aunt. Overall the experience was great, leaving my aunt and mother raving about the experience. However, upon our arrival we experienced a less than pleasant registration process. We waited in line, and when it was our turn to be checked in we were informed that we couldn’t use the birthday reservation as it wasn’t within the month of my aunts birthday. This being the case they told us they need to change the reservation. Instead of handling the change right then and there, the employees opted to have us wait while they attended to everyone else in line before getting back to us, leaving us waiting. It felt like a punishment for an innocent mistake, and made the start of our stay a bit more frustrating. Just as well, the service in the restaurant could have been better. Tyler, the waiter, was taking on the responsibility of the entire room while the wait staff assigned to our table, Jesus, stood around watching him handle everyone’s orders. The food is expensive, though tastes good. You’re better off ordering drinks and snacks at the bar - where the service was much quicker. The amenities are amazing though, no complaints there!
The staff were very pleasant and didn’t mind helping or answering questions. Robbie actually walked us to the eucalyptus sauna. I loved the hydration station especially the apple cider! Clean and comfortable! Awesome spa. We will return soon!
It was a great experience, will do this again !!!!!, was celebrating my bf birthday and this was the perfect experience
Great experience would do again 3 hours is good time but the 5 hours is a must if you have the time for it there’s so much to do.
Took my mom for Mother's Day. She can't stop gloating about it. It was an amazing experience. You must try it!
