Itinerary
Start your tour by visiting the Great Pyramids - Giza Plateau, home to Egypt’s greatest legacy and the last standing wonder of the ancient world. Here, on the edge of the golden desert, rise the magnificent pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure — eternal monuments that have captivated explorers, scholars, and travelers for over 4,500 years. Every stone, every pathway, and every panoramic view in Giza tells a story of power, mystery, and unmatched human achievement. Today, you are invited to relive history, step where the Pharaohs once stood, and witness the magic of ancient Egypt unfold before your eyes.
Photo Stop After entering take the shuttle bus to enjoy a breathtaking panoramic stop where all three pyramids line up in one unforgettable frame. This is the perfect place for photos, desert views, and even an optional camel or horseback ride — a truly iconic Giza experience.
the largest ever built in Egypt and the crown jewel of the Giza Plateau. Standing at an impressive height of 146 meters in antiquity, this architectural masterpiece was constructed using more than 2 million limestone blocks, each carefully placed with extraordinary precision. As you walk around its massive base, you’ll feel the overwhelming scale of this ancient wonder and learn about the brilliant engineering techniques that continue to puzzle experts to this day.( you can buy your ticket if you want to get inside the pyramids itself )
Next, you will explore the Pyramid of Khafre, easily recognized by the remains of its smooth casing stones at the apex. Positioned on higher ground, it creates the illusion of being taller than Khufu’s. Here, you’ll uncover the fascinating story of the Pharaoh Khafre and his role in shaping Egypt’s golden age.
Stop to visit the smallest pyramids of the family
The Great Sphinx& the valley temple Your tour continues to one of the world’s most iconic monuments: the Great Sphinx. Carved from a single limestone outcrop, this majestic guardian — with the body of a lion and the head of a king — has watched over the plateau for millennia. Here, you’ll uncover the legends, myths, and secrets that surround this mysterious figure. Just beside the Sphinx lies the Valley Temple, a key site in the funerary rituals of ancient Egypt. With its polished granite and limestone interior, this remarkably preserved temple reveals the sacred process of mummification and royal burial ceremonies.
Saqqara is one of several other notable necropolis sites near Cairo that offer impressive sights and hold great archaeological significance. In fact, Saqqara may hold more interest to archaeologists than Giza. The huge site hosts burials dating from before the beginning of the Old Kingdom up through the Greek Period of Egyptian history. The most famous structure by far at Saqqara is Djoser’s Step Pyramid. Dating from the 3rd dynasty (2667—2448 BC), it was the first all-stone complex ever built on earth. It also displays an important architectural innovation for the construction of the Giza Pyramids and other later pyramids in the 4th dynasty and later. Djoser’s pyramid was the first to use multiple mastabas (rectangular tomb structures) stacked on top of one another to form a step pyramid. ( You can buy any optional ticket in your own to enter the pyramid or some tombs )
Visit Dahshur Pyramids, the Red and the Bend Pyramids both belongs to SNEFRU the Pharaoh of the 4th dynasty 2600 BC, they are as old and big as Giza Pyramids. The red Pyramid is the first (perfect) pyramid built in Egypt. The bend Pyramid with its unique shape found no where else except in Dahshur. Watch the desert landscapes around the area and take more photos everywhere. Later you will get a comfortable transfer back to your hotel in Cairo or Giza

In 20 yrs of visiting the Giza Pyramids it was the best visit. Tickets easy n straightforward to purchase at office. No hassle on the actual plateau, tourist police polite. Only down side, is still having the horse drawn carriages over loaded with people so poor horse is struggling to pull it.

This was an amazing trip with a professional, knowledgeable, and wonderful guide Mohammed. He spoke good English and provided a lot of educational information on the history of the pyramids. He had a great sense of humor and took the best photos too. The tour was excellent, especially if trying to see multiple sites in a day. I have always been fascinated by the pyramids and was curious to see them in other sites other than the main site in Giza. Thank you Mohamed for a day well spent and the best photos!

This is a great tour to know all about the evolution of the pyramids, from the mastabas to the Giza pyramids, from trial and error to the perfection of the pyramids of the 4th Dinasty. Ashraf is the perfect guide, very knowledgeable, friendly, and lets you appreciate everything at your own pace. I really recommend this tour.

Terrific to see all of the pyramids of the Cairo area in one day, absolutely fantastic. We had great service, and our guide shared numerous helpful pointers while also letting us get on with the tour in our own right and enjoy the sites in peace. Saqqara in particular is one of the greatest sites in all of Egypt, the Pyramid of Unas is worth going into to see the Pyramid Texts and a hidden drawing of the king. The bent pyramid is a tough climb btw, and there were bats roosting in its summit! Like the souls of the dead :). Quite an incredible trip.

We spent the whole day with Ashraf visiting the archaeological wonders of Cairo and it was a wonderful experience. Our 5-year-old son had a blast entering a pyramid and the guide's explanations were very complete and super interesting.
