Everything was as expected plus more. The booking was online and easy. Pickup was on time and men were very courteous. The tour guide for horse back riding was excellent. Spoke both English and Spanish and very easy to understand and interactive. Monkeyland was by far our favorite, just the interaction with the monkeys was so much fun. I'd give this booking a 10 out of 10 for all involved. Thank you for a great experience.
The experience was good. Pedro and Damaris were in tome and helpful and Joe was a great guide
Horseback riding was amazing. Very relaxing and we got a lot of great photos. Description on website for monkey house was not very clear. Also, due to a monkey escaping, our time was cut short & we didn’t get much time with the animals. Also, prices for photos were very expensive, 50.00 a person. The staff was very nice.

We understand that 30 minutes with the monkeys may feel too short, especially when guests are having such a great time. However, this time limit is part of the animal welfare guidelines established by Monkey House to ensure the monkeys are not overstimulated and can rest between visitor groups. Best horse ride ever!! Guides were amazing Joel was so kind and so was Churro he was very informative and amazing and the photographer Biden was amazing very good experience.
Joel was our tour guide, and he was very attentive, polite and helpful! Our horse back riding and p it time at the beach was beautiful and amazing. I’m very happy with my time here with Joel and will definitely come back! I recommend Joel!
