Highly recommend this trip it was a fantastic afternoon out the food was great, plenty to drink, we arrived at the site for snorkeling and the amount of marine life was amazing, there were safety divers in the water and plenty of time to look around. On the way back we stopped again at a shallow bay which we could get out and swim around. The team on the boat were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for everyone, a fantastic afternoon out .
Overall experience was decent. The parasailing was horrible, there was a bunch of newer boats but we got taken to one that frankly should not even be on the water is was in that bad of shape, they only sailed us for about 3 mins. Not great value for the money, would not parasail again. The snorkeling was 30’ of water over a reef, all small fish, nothing great to see. The guides on the catamaran saved the excursion, the last hour on the sand bar was better then the rest of the excursion.
We had a great time on this tour. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Parasailing staff was so professional and their team work on executing the process was impressive. Can't say enough great things about this experience.
This was a great experience. I was with my 12 year old granddaughter and we loved the parasailing, snorkling and cruising. We didn't really love the beach stop and did not enjoy the stop in the bay as there were so many boats and drunk party groups.
The transportation provided is very basic, and the drivers are pretty aggressive. The tender boats are pretty scary, and so was the driver. Same goes for the parasailing drivers. Very little English spoke, and pretty scary getting from one boat to another. Some near injuries had by most of us. We were pretty confused most of the time if we were I. The right place with the right people. Not enough detail in the description. Would not recommend. Now that I’m typing this I would give it 1 star for the stories we will be able to tell. That’s it. That’s the only value received. And the stories are true about the snacks - Tostitos cheese dip and salsa on a paper plate.
It was a great time. Parasailing started the day, great views. Snorkeled with a lot of tropical fish and plenty of time. The staff was a lof of fun and always felt safe and looked after.
We had an incredible day and the staff was fabulous!!! A perfect mix of exciting activities, swimming and sun with music and fun. The only disappointment was the photographer, he was a great photographer and a whole lot of fun, but the cost of the photos was outrageous! Since my party was so large I could spend and hour+ going through them all or pay the outrageous fee. Then had the nerve to ask for a large tip.
Amazing and accommodating ! Luis is the best!
Chaotic fun. Didn't quite match description, but a half-day becomes as much as you decide to make out of it. About 3-4 different boats involved for our vanful of groups (couples, family, singles). Parasail operating trio spoke zero English, but succeeded safely and attempted to sell us on DSLR photos/video which nobody needed due to phone cameras. 1 couple hated parasailing so much they exited the tour asap. Snorkeling was in choppy/rough waters despite blue skies. Briefly glimpsed 1 species of brownish-gray tubulur fish among seaweed = a waste of time. Catamaran proceeded with drinks/fruit to a secluded beach where anybody could swim, wade to shore, explore, swing (3 people remained on the boat).
Weather was unfortunate but our guides made the best of it. On a beautiful day it would have been an awesome adventure. We still enjoyed every minute though and would definitely recommend it.
