- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap

- You must be able to swim on your own.
- Hotel pickup is available from most Cancun hotels. Please arrange pickup from your hotel or a nearby location when you call to confirm your reservation.
- Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
- A 25 USD Reef Tax per person will be collected upon arrival.
- You must contact Cancun Sightseeing at least 24 hours before your activity date to confirm your reservation and arrange transportation.
- Pickup from Costa Mujeres hotels is only available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Please make sure to select one of these days if you are staying in Costa Mujeres.

We actually didn't get to go because our transportation didn't arrive. After many attempts to call and message viator, with no response we requested a refund. Still no response. Very dissatisfied.
This was terrible. We had 2 groups waiting for 2 hours for someone who never showed. No call, no what's app message, no email, no message. Called from personal and hotel phone and no answer. Called viator/trip advisor and they couldn't provide answers because the tour company would also not answer them. Completely wasted our morning and vacation time. Also, learn to dispute the charge because they have to "see" if they can refund you for none showing up for your tour.
Excellent excursion. Pickup was seamless. The snorkeling was well organized & saw a tortoise & barracuda & food & shopping was great! Would do it again!!
Great guides. Really friendly Bilingual guides. Resteraunt we went to was beautiful with awesome fruit drinks. Alberto and Leonardo the boat captain were very nice men.
All in all a great afternoon. We saw 2 sea turtles, 2 manta rays and 1 reef shark. The guide was also very nice. The food could have been better. Unfortunately, we didn't like it. The tequila tasting was also very good. Very quality and delicious. But of course the best was the snorkeling.
Pickup from resort was easy however didn’t find out exact time of pick up until evening before but got a detailed what’s app message with info. Driver and guide were not only on time but earlier for pickup which was great. Snorkeling was fun and very good guided. Bring a towel and either a backpack or dry bag
The snorkeling was great but service was average. The tour started late and ended late. Recommend just driving to Puerto Morales and booking a snorkel at the dock.
Well I didn’t get to go and was ditched… so….customer support hangs up on you or just doesn’t answer. Paid for an uber there and went with a different company
Nice guide. Very humorous. Unmarked snorkeling. We saw sea turtles, barracudas and sharks. Okay, cafe with dining. Drinks excluded. Ended the tour in a souvenir shop, you don't need it. NOTE: $25 port charge per person is excluded in the price.
The snorkeling was amazing, beautiful, and relaxing. The guide and boat captain new right where you take us for the best snorkeling!
