Pickup Locations & Times
We will meet on the plate of the Zocalo of Mexico City, in front of the monumental flagpole, in the Historic Center. Please arrive between 15 and 30 minutes before the start of the tour and wait in the visible area next to the indicated point. The guide will wear official identification and T-shirt with the company logo so you can easily identify it. If your accommodation is outside the pickup area (if applicable), you will be assigned this meeting point. In case of not showing up on time and without prior communication, it will be considered as no show and there will be no refund.

Thank you very much to Arc Tours for such excellent Tours, I chose the option of Private Tours and we were sent a very comfortable, clean van and an excellent guide, made us the personalized Tours and taught us a lot, Valquirico is beautiful, the food was pretty good we recommend it 100 percent
I was a little disappointed that a time of pick up was not given to us , we went off the itinerary that was on our voucher which was 4am-9pm. So we woke up at 3am to be ready by 4am only to be told once i called because it was 4:15am and we were still waiting, that we would be picked up between 8:30am and 8:40am. We weren't picked up until 9am . The van that picked us up was over booked and the driver asked us to stand while they drove us to another van. The first stop was nice but a lot of the tour stops were skipped . They were going to charge us for lunch until we told the that our lunch was included on our tour . I also felt uncomfortable riding in the front of van in middle seat and van was not equipped with a seat belt for me . The tour said drop back off where we picked up but the dropped us off on a corner of street and we had to walk back to our hotel . The driver was friendly but a little nervous that he was on his phone texting at times .

Lunch is a service that don´t include drinks as it shows the tour´s details.
