Our guide was very friendly, helpful and with big knowledge about history and growing rice. He also was very punctual and organised the drivers for us. We liked the trekking tours next to ricefields and passing by thai villages. Going with the bamboo boot was nice to have but nothing special. On our last day, in Ninh Binh, we took the bikes to the Trang An Grottes Tour. As it was very crowded our guide decided to see the ancient city first. After having seen two temples there, we biked back. The cue was still very long. It was sunday, it took us about 1,5 hours in the line. Actually we had choosen the 3h tour to see also some temples and a cave, but seeing the line and knowing our timetable for the bus back to Hanoi, we suggested to only do the 1,5h tour. In this case, we felt, our guide didnt really take responsibility for managing the time. The 3h tour we could have never managed! And the boot tour itself we dont recommend at all - too many people, too long in the cue and nothing very special. The two ecolodges were very special, we loved them. Food was good and lots. All in all the tour was a bit overprized, I think. The hotels you can get very affordable via booking, at least in short time before.
Thanks so much for your feedback We are so happy that you enjoyed the Pu Luong Nature Reserve & Ninh Binh Escape 3 Days Tour From Hanoi Thanks again for joining us. Have a nice time in Vietnam! Best regards, Luong
