The driver was very helpful and friendly. My partner left his wallet in the car, and what could have been a very stressful time was handled quickly and without panic. We messaged via Whatsapp and his wallet was returned within 10 minutes! The car itself was fairly run-down, with several seatbelts not working. But it was on time, the driver was safe on the road, and we arrived safely at our hotel.
Extremely smooth experience from the booking with Ms Lily who communicated very well and was very accommodating when our scheduled change (flight delay) to our driver Mr Hoan who was very punctual and made us feel very safe.
