Our guide was brilliant - she shared so much information, knew a lot about the city and shared her own experiences which was added value. Thank You
We had a wonderful tour with Steve. He is a wonderful storyteller who made the history of Inverness very entertaining. Thank you for the wonderful tour
Steve was so knowledgeable and so pleasant. You could tell he loves the interactions with visitors and has a sense of pride and delight in his city. He has a great structure to his tour and we covered a comfortable amount of ground.
I am sure that the walking tour is very nice, however we were unable to experience it as our train to inverness was delayed en route by 3 hours. We sat on the train for those 3 hours. We were disappointed in the manner in which the tour operator interacted with us when we were notifying them of our delay which was totally out of our control. Their response was just "we hope you get here". It would have been nice if they said - "if you are late but still within the allocated time, we could have the (private tour) guide wait and provide a shortened tour" - or even an overview of Inverness at their office. And a "so sorry you are experiencing this frustration with the train" would have also been nice. When it became apparent that we would totally miss the tour, understanding it is non-refundable, it also would have been nice to have been offered a discount on a future tour (which we likely would not have been able to use.) So, in summary, the team could absolutely improve their customer interaction skills, and we could have been left with a much more favorable view of their company and of our introduction to Inverness.
Sarah was very knowledgeable about the town and she was very friendly. We were able to know the history of Inverness and what changes have happened over the years
Great tour Very informative and excellent overview of Inverness The guide was very professional and friendly I would highly recommend Inverness as a place to visit
Spent a delightful 1.5 hours with Christine who was very knowledgable about Inverness, its history, buildings & local legends. Her friendly, laid back style made this a very interesting tour. Punctual and a good length/pace.
Becky is an amazing tour guide. She is very knowledgeable and doesn't bore you with just facts. She makes the tour a memorable experience that stays with you even after the tour as you walk throughout the city.
Was a great experience my guide was very knowledgeable and personable. Lots of local history and more.
Christine was a delight as a tour guide and overall person. She was knowledgeable, kind and a wonderful tour operator. Book with confidence.
