Private trip to wadi el Gemal from Marsa Alam

Beautiful experience. Our driver Yasser accompanied us throughout the day, with great availability and patience. He even offered us water and snacks for the trip and gave us some information about the places visited. Beautiful beach of Sharm El luli and salt lake with mangroves. We had lunch at the Bedouin camp: we ate well and in abundance! I recommend it!

Our driver Hamed was very friendly and helpful. Picking up at our hotel was straightforward and punctual. On the tour to the mangrove beach, the valley of camels and the ancient emerald mine with temple, he explained many things to us and answered our questions. Finally, he prepared us a meal in the middle of the desert. It was a successful and impressive day all around and we will remember it for a long time.

An all-round great experience, from the sea, the mangroves through the camel Wadi to the Roman ruins/emerald mines to the BBQ under the stars. Special thanks to the guide.

Seeing the desert of Wadi el Gemal NP was one of the reasons to go to Marsa Alam for a short holiday. We booked the full day excursion with a private guide and were lucky to get Hamada as our guide. He appeared to be a great driver and a walking Encyclopedia of the area. But he is also a very nice man and good company for the day. We started on the sea side with some snorkeling and saw the mangrove trees. Drank some tea with bedoein friends and had a nice lunch before we headed into the desert. We drove through several valleys, saw the accacia trees, giant rock formations and groups of wild camels and donkeys living in the desert . Having bedoein ancesters, Hamada told uss all about (wild)life in the desert. At the end of the afternoon we drove to a deserted ancient Roman village, marked with a temple in the rocks. There I had a remarkable experience when 2 curious camels came towards me and walked beside me for a while before running away! The day ended with a bbq under a marvellous sky full of stars that make you feel very tiny in the giant universe. After a long drive back to the 'civilisation' we returned to our hotel and said goodbye to our new friend Hamada!

Hamada Baraka was a very good guide for this wonderful twelve-hour day trip. He explained a lot to us and gave us good information. We enjoyed snorkeling in Sharm el Lulli. A fantastic place that reminded us of the Maldives and probably has one of the best preserved reefs around Marsa Alam. Walking through the mangroves of Wadi el Qulaan was as good as lunch. And in the desert of Wadi el Gemal we met camels and were even able to feed and touch them. 😍 And the last highlight was the barbeque under the stars. Booking this private tour was the right decision.

We had a private trip to Wadi al Gemal. Communication with the office via Whats app, and email, reservation was perfect. The driver/guide was on time. Exactly tell us were we are going and what is a plan. Our adventure starts with snurking in Abo Ghosoun. We have enough time to spend nice time in water and having sun bath. Second stop was El Qulan. This was the place where we can swim, walk in the water to Mangroves forest. Ww saw small village and we had an opportunity to buy some hand made bracelets and necklaces. We had a lunch and then go to the desert. We saw different valleys, prepare coffee under the tree. On the desert the guide show us how to find source of water, herbs for diseases. We gathered wood for fire ale prepare dinner. During that time we heard stories about Beduin lives, Egiptian history. Truly recommended the guide and your office. It was a lovely time.

Hamada, our tour guide is an exceptional person. He was very sincere, showed us a lot of things, and we spent great time together and had lots of fun. Everything that was promised in the description we have seen.

It was a private tour for me and my husband and it was excellent. We had a private guide, Hamada, who told us a lot and took us to all the possible places. His guidance cannon be overestimated. We swam on the reef, saw dolphins, a turtle, a stung ray. We drove in the dessert, got to know the fauna and the flora of the desert. Finally, we sat at the fire eating delicious hot dinner under stars, listening to stories told by our Beduin guide who spoke excellent English. Everything was organised perfectly. We are fully satisfied.
