This was just a transfer to the airport from our Playa Del Carmen hotel and it was great. Our driver was on time, friendly and professional.
My husband and I were going to meet up at a local hotel, and I had arrived at the airport in Cancún at night, so I booked the transfer in advance for safety and security! From the airport in Cancun to the hotel, you can't use Uber or Didi at the moment, and the local taxi drivers are talking to you, so it's pretty amazing. lol If I hadn’t booked, I’d probably be on my own, in super hot weather… in my first country, at my first airport. At the airport, a placard with my name on it? I was super relieved to have a kind driver waiting for me near the outside exit, and the car was comfortable with a big beautiful Wagen. (A little extravagant for one?) On the day, we had printed out a voucher with a QR code beforehand and took it with us, so we presented it and confirmed the hotel name again, and the departure was very smooth. The price may not be cheap, but I felt that it would not be expensive if I could start my trip with such non-stress and peace of mind.
