We had a very pleasant transfer from LHR to our hotel. Our flight was early despite a 45-minute delay out of JFK and expected a wait for our driver. He said he had been checking the airline app so he knew to be there earlier than the scheduled pickup time. It was a safe and enjoyable ride with Miguel.
