Your assigned driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall with a name sign. Therefore, it is very important that, when making your reservation, you share your flight number so that we can coordinate the exact pick-up location, either at Terminal 1 or 2 of the airport and at the corresponding gate. In the event that your flight is delayed or cancelled by the airline, please notify us as soon as possible. Although we monitor your flight in real time, sometimes monitoring systems do not update information immediately, which could lead to inconvenience in service coordination. We are committed to providing you with a smooth and timely transfer.

Already in Brazil, before boarding my flight to Mexico, the staff contacted me informing that a company employee would be waiting for me after landing with a plaque with my name. And said and done. As soon as I left the landing, I was greeted by the employee who led me to the exit from the airport and we waited for the driver. The driver was very attentive and drove very well to the destination helping with the luggage. I recommend this service
