We have worked with Viator several times with no issues but this time the driver didn’t show up at the destinated location at the time requested and we were early arriving and waited an hour. Our communication with the travel agency said the driver was no longer available and we would have to find our own transportation. This caused much stress because we were coming off a cruise and many people were looking for transportation.
We had a very good experience with our drivers. They were on time and ready to go and drove us very safely and professionally. I highly recommend this company.
Our flight was at 11:05am from VCE and we got there with plenty of time from the cruise ship port leaving at 6:30am. Driver met us on time and was overall a very good experience.

Excellent driver. We had a very tight connection to catch our flight from Venice to the states. Our driver was exactly on time for pick up and made excellent and safe time in transfer. When traffic stalled he knew back roads and got us to the airport with time to spare! I also appreciated ease of booking and follow up from the tour operator. We felt the price was exactly in line with the long distance and the high quality of service.
