This was, by far, the highlight of our entire holiday! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized. Our transfer was waiting for us when we arrived, the van was clean and comfortable, and our driver was friendly, professional, and took care of all of our luggage. Our guide, Georgia, met us upon arrival, and she truly made this experience unforgettable. She was incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and passionate about Venice. She took the time to explain the city’s history, answer all of our questions, and made everyone in our group feel welcome. Her enthusiasm and expertise brought Venice to life. The gondola ride and private water taxi were absolute must-do experiences and offered such a beautiful way to see the city. Every part of the tour was seamless and well planned. We can’t say enough wonderful things about Georgia. She was hands down the best tour guide we had during our entire trip to Italy. She gave us some great restaurant recommendations and went above and beyond for our family tour. If you’re considering this tour, don’t hesitate—you won’t regret it. Highly recommend!

Very smooth process, we had Claudia as our Venice tour guide, she was fantastic. It was very hot and she kept us in the shade whenever possible. Knowledgeable as she grew up right there. Loved the small group aspect so everyone could hear and keep up. Only wish the driver from port to Venice spoke English so we could learn more on the 2 1/2hr drive. She was great but we could not communicate with her so the ride was quiet (we napped). Overall pleased with the tour!

Driver had nice clean van and arrived promptly at the port. Our guide Annalisa was fantastic. Knowledgeable friendly great sense of humor. We all learned more than we expected about Venice. Thoroughly enjoyed the water taxi and gondola rides. Memorable experiences. One of the best guides we’ve had amongst any tours. She was very helpful in arranging water taxi to our hotel at the end of the tour. Would highly recommend her. You won’t be disappointed.

This was the best tour that I have been on Claudia was the absolute best and our silver fox van driver. The gondola and water taxi drivers were also courteous and helpful. I have traveled many countries and all 50 states in the USA and this was by far the best tour. Claudia was very nice, knowledgeable, and made us feel like special guests. Thanks to all

Anyone who has taken a cruise out of this port knows how difficult it is to get transportation to Venice. This wasn’t my first choice, but it ended up being a great experience. The car arrived at the port on time. The driver was excellent! It took about two hours and 15 minutes to get to the boat and then from the boat to our hotel was about a 15 minute boat ride. It was nice to get a chance to see a little bit of the city before we actually got to our hotel. Monica was our tour guide who met us at the boat dock. She escorted us on the boat to our hotel where we dropped our luggage off and went on a walking tour of Venice with her.. She was awesome! Very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. She took us all through the city and showed us things that most tourist probably don’t get a chance to see. She also took us to some local restaurants to get a snack and some gelato which was awesome! We then took a gondola ride on the grand Canal, which was wonderful.I highly recommend the experience. It was much nicer than just a car ride and water taxi into the city. It was a great way to spend our first day.

This tour absolutely met our needs. We were disembarking from a cruise in Ravenna and the tour included a shared ride with a full group of 10 folks in a private car for about 2 hours until we reached the closest vehicle location in Venice. We then walked to the private water taxi with our group while our driver safely secured our luggage for the day. We traveled by water to Venice to see and learn about the major historical attractions in Venice. Had the chance to stop as a group for coffee and the tour ended with a group gondola ride (5 people per boat). Our guide, Sebastian was incredible. His knowledge of history and of the people was second to none. He engaged with our entire group and made us all feel very welcome to ask questions. I most appreciated his willingness to assist each group on the tour with our final transportation plans. For us, Sebastian helped us secure a private water taxi to drop off our luggage and then gave us directions to the Louis Vuitton store. He was invested in getting all of us where we needed to be and did not rush off when our tour was done. One of the members of our group had left his phone on the gondola. He immediately contacted them and they located the phone and secured it until he could return to the location to pick it up. Thank you Sebastian and the breathtakingly beautiful Venice for perfect day!

Sebastian was wonderful. Helpful, informative, patient. He told us about many details on Florence and answered all our questions.
