Driver was waiting promptly when we got off the ship. Very attentive and careful driving to the airport. Only reason for not 5 stars was a little on the slow side driving and taking some time to finalize paperwork before departing.

This was very easy to arrange with VIATOR & they responded promptly to my email asking for clarification on how to find our driver at the cruise terminal. Driver was early to the pick up location & delivered us directly to the entrance for United ticketing. Very professional & convenient with lower cost than taking the cruise line arranged transfer to airport.

Our driver communicated clearly and was waiting for us when we disembarked. He sent a picture of our name sign and where we’d find him waiting. We always book our private transportation through Viator because we receive a consistent, elevated experience.
