Gennaro was the most incredible driver and host. He made us feel so welcome immediately. Our pick up was early in Naples and he insisted we sit down for breakfast before we left. We had organised a stop in Pompeii and he was very accommodating and we were not rushed. Gennaro helped friends of ours who were driving with a hire car, he went above and beyond to ensure they were ok. After Pompeii Gennaro organised a stop at a winery which was a highlight of our trip. Our kids loved Gennaro, we highly recommend and hope one day we can return to Italy and use his services again. Absolutely wonderful.
Ferdinand is a true professional. He met us on time at the train station. He helped us learn some Italian as we drove from Naples to Pompeii to Sorrento. He also gave us some history on the area. The car was clean inside and out.
Driver was an hour late picking us up resulting in us missing half of a prepaid, scheduled event. I realize traffic is congested, but so should the folks doing the scheduling. In talking to our driver, clearly he was overbooked all day.
Hi Dean, Frank here, our drivers aren’t overbooked, they do regular transfers perfectly planned but if there’s a mortal accident on the only one road we have….what we could do? Fly? If your hotel concierge is able to send you a helicopter and you have money enough to pay for it, please book with them the next time, otherwise you’ll have to better plan your events as you don’t know th wares and booked an event too close to your arrival time. If the train as usual is in delay we wait without complaining, how is it possible to complain for a mortal accident with a company that ha d to reschedule everything cause to delays? However, thanks for your review, these reviews help me a lot, when I’m sad, I look at them and understand that I’m in better conditions than others.
Our driver, Davide was very helpful picking us up from Naples Airport and transporting us to Positano with a stop at a wonderful Pizza Ristorante and then stopping to tour the Pompeii UNESCO site. We would recommend highly. His car was very comfortable and he provided very helpful local knowledge of the Napoli, Pompeii and Posiano regions.
I wouldn’t recommend any other way to get to Positano from Naples. Ferdinando was waiting for us on the train platform at Napoli Centrale and led us right to the van, which had AC and cold waters waiting for us. Leading up to the pickup, we could message with the tour operator on whatsapp to give updates on our arrival time. As we drove, Ferdi told us about the area and even where the best views would be to take pictures from the car. He let us play our music via Bluetooth and told us about the local traditions/history of the Amalfi Coast. He dropped us off right in front of our hotel so we didn’t have to walk up any of the steep hills with our luggage. It made our travel day so much easier and more pleasant. Thank you Ferdi! 😊
If you are looking for a driving company in Italy this is the company for you!! I have nothing but positive comments about Frank and his staff at Good Heart Limos. I was able to communicate with Frank prior to the trip. He always answered my questions quickly and with detail. When we arrived his staff member was exactly where he said they would be. He helped us with our bags and took us to his luxury car. He even gave us a bit of tour as we drove. But what makes Frank and his company even more special was the day that he arranged for my husband and myself. I was looking for a pizza making day in Sorrento. Frank opened up his home to us. We came to his lemon grove and we spent the whole day with his family and staff. We felt like we were a member of the family. They were so welcoming. Frank taught us how to roll the dough and make so many different kinds of pizza. Some I had never tried. They were unbelievably delicious. After the pizza he taught us how to make lemomcello and lemon marmalade. He even gave us some to take home. We finished the day with toasts and Prosecco! It was a day we will never forget.
Great service, the driver picked us at the airport and drop us in Positano. Everything went smooth and highly recommend this company.
