For guests staying in riads or hotels located in the old Medina of Marrakech, where vehicles cannot reach the door, pickup will take place at the nearest accessible point. We will contact you in advance to arrange a convenient meeting point. Airport pickups include a 60-minute complimentary waiting time after flight arrival. For hotel pickups, we offer a 15-minute grace period. If you have special luggage or require a child seat, please inform us during booking.
