The operator didn’t respond to our calls or messages both in WhatsApp, in-app or regular calls for a week, and then responded few hours to the pick up and advised us to book another operator and request a refund. No acknowledgment of ignored messages, nor apologies for delayed response, no apologies for cancelled itinerary, no empathy, just plain arrogance. We were lucky to get another operator just few hours to the time!

We used this company for airport transfers. Cars were modern, clean and air conditioned. Drivers didn’t speak much English but they didn’t need to and they were friendly! Most importantly for me, they were impeccably timed, arriving before the specified time and keeping us updated on WhatsApp. Great and professional service 10/10.
