Our driver was fantastic. He was helpful and drove very well! He took charge of our luggage, offered water and when he dropped us off he made sure the hotel staff took care of it

This was a scam-the driver arrived 30 minutes late and did not have room in the trunk for 4 passengers and 4 suitcases. His trunk was full of boxes. The car was not a Mercedes van(as advertised) and we declined the 3 hour transport and had to take a train therefore losing a day in our trip. The travel company was extremely discourteous and we later found out this was an Uber driver. We had to prepay 557$ and never took the trip. Now we’re in the process of refund processing which is another issue on many levels. These transactions are being handled by many levels and Viator needs to take responsibility for the financials and not put blame on the local travel company since our $ went directly to Viator.
Dear Rebecca, We like to receive criticism because it is with criticism that we correct our mistakes and make our work even better. Unfortunately, Rebecca lies by increasing the driver's delay time, which was not 30 but 15 minutes, but she was always aware of that, there was a strike on the Lisbon Metro and traffic was very difficult, but it reduced the capacity to carry luggage, the vehicle in question had capacity for your luggage and still had room to spare, it was an MPV class vehicle. But, Rebecca booked a transfer for 4 Pax from Lisbon to Porto and that transfer for 4 Pax is carried out in an MPV vehicle.... in our product it is perfectly described that the transfer will be carried out by a vehicle with air conditioning, nowhere do we mention that the transfer will be carried out in a van and nowhere is any brand of vehicle mentioned ... why do you say that it is? where did you see this?
