I had a really good experience during my trip to Kenya. I highly recommend Mantra Logistics. From the welcoming at the terminal exit to the vehicle and helping with my luggage.
First the tour company messaged me to confirm a hotel pick up with a transfer to the airport. That is not what I booked. Then I tried messaging the company and the tour company has not gotten in contact with us and Viator tried sending them a message but they won’t respond. Viator also refuses to call them or provide any other support. Now we’re hoping our shuttle shows up when it does and takes us to the correct place. Lots of unnecessary stress when all it takes is a little communication.
