Unfortunately, this was not a comfortable transfer experience. The driver significantly exceeded the 130 km/h speed limit for much of the trip, reaching at least 171 km/h at one point, which felt unsafe. The vehicle was smaller than expected, the air conditioning was ineffective, and exhaust fumes from other vehicles entered the cabin through the ventilation system. The radio was left on throughout the ride, but the reception was poor, with frequent static, commercials, and news broadcasts. While we arrived on time, the excessive speed and lack of comfort made for a disappointing experience.

Following your review, we have initiated an internal investigation and requested the vehicle's GPS records, including route and speed data, so that we can objectively verify all aspects of the journey. Based on the information currently available to us, the transfer was completed without any reported issues. During the day, the original itinerary was modified at the guests' request, with a visit to Rozman Winery replacing the originally planned stops in Ston and Mali Ston. The driver made every effort to accommodate these requests and tailor the journey to the guests' preferences. According to the driver's statement, no concerns were raised during the transfer regarding the vehicle size, travel comfort, air conditioning, or driving style. Communication between the guests and the driver remained friendly throughout the day, and the guests thanked the driver upon arrival at their destination. We would also like to note that, as part of our standard quality control process, we proactively contact guests during their journey to ensure everything is proceeding smoothly. In this case, we sent a feedback message during the transfer but did not receive any report or concern regarding speed, vehicle comfort, air conditioning, or any safety-related issue. Had such concerns been raised during the journey, we would have been able to investigate and address them immediately. That said, we fully respect that your review reflects your personal experience, which is why we are carefully reviewing all available information, including the vehicle's GPS data, before reaching any conclusions. Best place to request to stop is @haciendadubronik ocean views, fantastic of the grid restaurant, fresh food from the sea and farm to table. A must see. Very small enchanting restaurant!!! 5 out of 5 stars. Check them on instagram only open 1 year!!! Just fabulous!!!

This is a difficult review to write as I have to review as a whole entity rather than as the booking of the tour and the actual tour. I want to be clear that the reason for the lower star review is due to the booking element and my dealing with the company and not the actual experience of the day. Let me start on the positive by saying that our driver Dinko was exceptional, his manner, attitude, knowledge and connections throughout our trip were unparalleled. Especially when there was an issue with one of the stops on our tour, he arranged an alternative to give us a great experience. Now to the negative, the tour company who dealt with our booking were unorganised and uncooperative. The communication was minimal, we had to contact them several times to ensure the stops we wanted were possible, even though they were advertised, and to discuss timings of the day. This was advertised as a tour but we found out (too late) that this was just a transport booking, even when I messaged to ask specific details of the tour, which by this time was the next day, my messages were ignored. On the tour one of the stops we arranged was closed on the day we travelled and this was either not checked or not communicated to us by the tour company. As mentioned, luckily for us Dinko was extremely experienced and able to provide an alternative, otherwise it could have been a disaster. So to summarise our tour and experience was fantastic but this was solely because of Dinko. I cannot recommend Dinko highly enough but the company was extremely unprofessional and disappointing to deal with.

Regarding communication, our team always confirms itineraries and possible stops in advance, but certain closures (such as local attractions or seasonal adjustments) are outside of our control. On the rare occasion that a planned stop is unexpectedly closed, our drivers — as you experienced with Dinko — do their best to offer excellent alternatives so that travelers can still enjoy the day. We regret that you felt communication with our office was insufficient, and we will certainly review this internally to improve clarity. At the same time, it’s important to highlight that your journey ran smoothly and safely, with successful sightseeing thanks to the flexibility and professionalism of our driver. Super efficient way of transferring from Dubrovnik to Split. Toni was a great driver, he was friendly & very safe. We had the opportunity to see Aboretum Trsteno & Klis Fortress on the way up which was very fun to see!

Transfer was efficient. Alex was pleasant but there was no interaction with us unless asked questions. Not very knowledgeable about Ston. About Ston, unless the temperature warrants to climb the wall I would not recommend to stop for longer than 1 hour. This information would have been nice to know in advance. We would have chosen a second location to stop. It was a very expensive transfer and we were disappointed that the driver did not provide more information along the way. This was our first time to Croatia and I work in the hospitality industry so very in tune to service levels.

Marin was absolutely fantastic! Super safe and attentive driver and great conversationalist. The van was great for the 4 travelers plus all of our luggage.
