Private Transfer From Cairo To Alexandria

Very smooth ride. We stopped to use the restroom and snacks. Mohammed was great.

Amedeo was very kind, he accompanied us during the trip and made sure we had sunbeds, beach towels, and a good lunch and drinks at the beach. Everything was very beautiful. We also saw dolphins. My wife is celiac, and they were very kind to bring her a nice plate of mixed fresh fruit. Thank you for the kindness and hospitality. Beautiful sea.

The driver was on time, polite and pleasant. He stopped on our way out of town to get us water and again about halfway through the 3 hours drive for a bathroom break and to stretch our legs. My only criticism would be the car was not at all what the picture would imply. It was a older car with lots of dents, etc. That was honestly the case with most of the Ubers we used in Alexandria and Cairo - very old and damaged cars.

The drive between Cairo and Alexandria went fine; however, the driver was an hour late picking us up.

very bad service, unprofessional driver that made me stop for him to have a coffee and cigarette. no seatbelt int he car. worse is reckless driving and not respecting seed limit 160km/h. i dont recommend. the least that can be done is the tour to check his drivers and car quality.

Driver arrived at the hotel on time. We experienced good Egyptian style driving hotel to hotel. Didn’t need to be told repeatedly to fill out a review. He did okay with his English - he is working on improving this and would encourage him to do so.

You can also go to Alexandria by train or bus, but I used it for the purpose of saving time, as it was annoying to head to the boarding area and waiting for the boarding time. They dropped me off at the hotel and I didn't have to walk much to complete it. I think I used my money very well because I didn't lose my strength. It was also fun to stop by the service area once.

Hady was a great driver. Very professional and courteous . He even stoped to buy us food when we were hungry .

I did not receive the service I paid for. On arrival in Cairo I could not locate the driver or the car. There was no one with a sign with either my name or the transport company’s name on it (Emo Tours). I phoned the number that I had been given for the driver and it was disconnected and then phoned the contact number for the office and was told there was no car for me. I then had to book another taxi and pay again. Later the driver contacted me to say they were waiting for me but I had already left by then. On contacting Viator they said they cannot refund the money I had paid despite not receiving the service. This is deeply disappointing. Do not use Emo Tours in Egypt. I would also not use Viator again if this is the level of service they are happy to support.
