Driver will pick you up from your hotel / accommodation in London and take you to Southampton port via Windsor Castle. The Driver will wait up to 3 hours at the castle keeping your luggage in the vehicle . Admission tickets to Windsor castle in not included and must be bought in advance on their website. If needed passengers can choose a Hotel near to Southampton cruise port as drop off location. The driver is not a guide. This is a private transfers service only. London vehicle tax is included in the price. There are no hidden charges.

- Waiting charges: 30 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time at the Windsor castle. Thereafter £10.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes. Hotel / Accommodation pick up : 10 minutes free waiting time available. Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment.

Great transfer, actually best we have had. Dushi our driver was on time, friendly but most important a safe, good driver!
Dushi was great, even flexible with my last minute time change. She arrived a couple of minutes early, loaded car and we were on our way. EXCELLENT driver. Very friendly conversation and knowledgeable about area. Dropped us off after making sure we new where everything was. Picked us up at meeting point and took us to our hotel in Southampton.
No stress. Driver arrived at hotel 5 minutes prior to agreed time. Driver was courteous and safe in his driving. Driver arrived to pick us up at Windsor at the agreed time. Really good experience.

Dear Madam, Please read your product details. This is not a guided tour. We are only offering a transfer service to Southampton via Windsor castle with 3 hours waiting time. Due to safety reasons we do not encourage drivers to speak while they are driving.
The castle visit was fantastic - and the driver courteous and professional. Definitely a transfer and tour in your own, very little conversation from the driver in spite of numerous attempts.
Our driver Richard was truly our hero! He arrived early with a smile and took us from our hotel in Kensington to Windsor. We toured and he waited for us. As we headed towards the port, we realized we left our passports in the hotel safe. Richard drove us back to London and back to Southampton with 20 minutes to spare. He truly saved our vacation, and we are so grateful for his kindness and service. Kudos to ATN for hiring good drivers but even more so—good people. Thank you, Richard! We will always appreciate what you did for us!
