Driver was very good and personable , only problem was they weren’t there upon arrival to meet us , went to wrong terminal even tho the airlines was given at time of booking

This is advertised as a luxury transfer. We were picked up in a super old suv that had to be at least 20 years old with the check engine light on! The driver was fine but the service was nearly $200 usd for ONE WAY for a ride in a beat up raggedy suv!! We could have easily booked with happy shuttle or nexus or another private van service that would have been much nicer for way less than this and it would have been round trip! Terrible way to start off our vacation; my husbands face was so disappointed when he saw this vehicle as we usually take luxury transfers and have never had this issue ever! Stop advertising as if this is a luxury service and take down the picture of the escalade if you’re going to pick passengers up in a beat up old vehicle. No one would ever knowingly pay this much money for such a poor service.
Dear customer, first of all, you booked at the last minute at night and early in the morning, we sent you the nearest free car Ford Expedition 2017, so that you do not have to wait long at airport. Any limo service is ordered much earlier a couple of days earlier, no one orders at the last minute. Secondly, the price that you see from there, 26% is taken by the commission of the website for which you book. Thirdly, the photo is not a Cadillac Escalade, the photo is a Chevrolet Suburban. Hence the conclusion that you do not understand anything in cars.
What a wonderful way to start our vacation! Avoid the crowds and hassle and book with Viator! So much more relaxing to have a private car waiting!
