Our experience was not good. Some caveats-we traveled to Athens on a Sunday and our flight arrived an 1.5 early. I tried messaging (we had internet on the plane). and I called as soon as we landed. No one responded or acknowledged my texts or call.s Once our pickup time arrived and still no driver we called Viator. Eventually they reached the driver and he arrived 30 minutes late. They said it was Sunday so they do not open until 9 and I guess do not answer calls or sent communication if they are running late. The driver was nice once he arrived and the trip was easy but lack of communication and delay in pickup was very stressful and unnecessary.
Our driver, Fanis, was first class. He messaged us on our arrival that he was awaiting our arrival, which was very good as our flight was late. We were that impressed with the service that we booked him for a further transfer while we were in Athens.
Disappointed with this experience. Paid $94 for a ride to Athens. Thought it would be a nice car with a driver to greet us. It was basically just a taxi ride, which would have been half the price. This was a rip off!

Driver was very courteous and prompt. The car was clean and the ride was very nice. A quick reminder to US travelers: Make sure you have whatsapp installed on your phone. Makes communication with your drivers much easier. I totally forgot I had installed it and when my phone started ringing, I wasn't sure how to answer it!
I reserved private transfer for four individuals and was told when I arrived that they cannot accommodate our luggage because we had two pieces of luggage and we were only allowed one piece of luggage per person. This was not told to us before booking or at the booking, so it was very unclear we ended up having to pay €60 just to reserve, another car for our luggage.

It was big if S/w car, you were four people with six huge American luggages and hand luggage it was obvious that you need a minivan and that should have booked from the beginning. When you booked this reservation you just booked a sedan car! Please next time be more careful and book a minivan from the beginning. When you were at the Airport during high season and the airport was full of people we brought you a new car immediately a new car for a new reservation, we tried and did our best for your needs.
