Important Information

  • Adult pricing applies to all passengers and all taxes and fees included.

  • Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
  • Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • Waiting charges: 25 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time at the Airport. Thereafter £10.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes.
  • Hotel / Accommodation pick up : 10 minutes free waiting time available.
  • Leaving your pickup point with another operator without contacting us 1st will result in non refundable cancellation.
  • If passengers think , they may need longer time than pre-requested pickup time, They must contact us within 40 minutes from flight landing time so we can keep driver waiting. If we did not hear from passenger after 90 minutes from flight landed time, booking will be result in passenger no show non refundable cancellation.
  • Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment.
  • If passengers can not locate a driver, They must call us before leaving the pickup point. We will help you to locate your driver.
  • If you have a health condition that you think the driver should be aware of, Please mention this during the booking process.

Driver took us to the Wrong hotel

Dubbed check your hotel before leaving your transportation driver double check the hotel when you get there

If the correct address was provided at the time of booking, it would be highly unlikely for our driver to drop you at the wrong hotel.

Prompt and spacious vehicle

The company called the day before to remind us to be out front as it was difficult to find space to pick us up. Our driver was prompt and had plenty of space for four adults, three children, and all of our luggage (six large suitcases, five carryons, and seven backpacks!) We arrived at the correct terminal at Heathrow.

My transfer left us unassisted at Heathrow London.. company unpresentable

My transfer left us without transportation or assistance at Heathrow London Airport. He didn't return the transfer money without giving us the service. Unpresentable company, very careful with them!!!!!

Heathrow to Hotel

Our flight arrived early and we collected our bags quicker than expected. So, we had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes for driver. Driver was polite but quite. Van was clean. Heavy morning traffic and a little more than an hour ride to hotel.

Our driver was on time for a very early pick-up for transport to Heathrow. She was pleasant and the vehicle was spotless

We had a very early flight to Boston from Heatherow and our driver picked us up at 4:15AM as if she's been ready to go for hours. The early morning ride was quick and carefree to the airport. The car we traveled in was spotless. a terrific experience all the way around.

Ridiculous

This was canceled. My credit card was charged and paid in full for a airport pick up from Heathrow Airport to hotel Holiday Inn Express in Southampton. $ 163.01 Then received a call on my way to the airport in US, telling me we would need to give the driver $120 pounds???? CASH! I was lied to. I canceled the transport. We used a urber! The cost was $164.00 !!! So this was unexceptable! What a scam!!!! I request a refund credit back to my credit card!

Dear Madam, Due to your lack of knowledge about England and failing to read the product description before making a booking, you have booked a transfer between Heathrow airport and London.  Distance between Heathrow airport and Central London is 21 miles. Distance between Heathrow airport and Southampton cruise port is 67 miles. As you can see the difference to mileage, obviously none of the drivers are going to accept this booking for the money they receive after the transport company commission and travel agent commission. When we called you, you agreed to pay this amount and never called back to cancel this transfer. We dispatched a driver and our driver waited over an hour at the arrival hall holding your name card. We called you several times and sent you emails but you failed to answer your phone or respond to our emails. Because you agreed to pay extra free to cover additional mileage, we removed your driver from her next job so she can have extra time to take you to Southampton and come back to Heathrow. Because of your inability to call and inform that you do not wish to go ahead with this booking, She lost her income for that day. We haven't scammed anyone. You are the one who spoiled our driver's a day worth of income by failing to contact us in advance. Once you made a booking, it is important to read your confirmation to check details.

Tardy driver.

Driver was late for almost an hour. So frustrating. I had to call the office 2x. Glad my phone worked.

Dear Madam, You have been economical with the truth. Our driver was scheduled to pick up your family from the airport 60 minutes from the flight's landing time. You failed to understand the pickup procedure. We strongly believe the reason behind this review is for the additional £10.00 you had to pay to get your vehicle upgraded due to extra luggage. He monitored your flight and was on time. You managed to get through immigration checks and collect your luggage within 30 minutes. So you had to wait for the driver till the pickup time.

Late driver

He’s late. We waited 40 minutes for him. Not fully satisfied. He should have been there already when we arrived.

Dear Sir, You have failed to understand the airport pickup procedure. When we send you a final confirmation a few days prior to the pickup date, we clearly stated, the driver will meet you after 60 minutes from flight landing time giving you enough time to clear immigration checks and collect your luggage. Also on our product, we have clearly explained that passengers can request their own pickup time keeping in mind airport waiting charges. Passengers who wish for a driver to wait for them as they come out to the arrival hall, contact us prior to the travel date and agree to pay waiting charges.We do not have any issues sending a driver waiting for hours, inside the arrival hall as long as passengers are willing to pay for driver s time + airport parking charges.We would like to take this opportunity to ask all the travel agents to explain airport pickup procedures to their customers prior to the travel date. We do not like to receive negative reviews due to lack of communication between travel agents and our passengers.
