Our driver will wait for you in front of the door of the Le Havre cruise terminal with a sign with your name and will contact you on the number provided when booking. You will then leave for a comfortable 2h15 journey to Mont-Saint-Michel, where your adventure will begin.
On this excursion, you will also visit Omaha Beach, an iconic historic site of the World War II landings. After leaving Mont-Saint-Michel, a journey of approximately 1 hour 40 minutes will take you to Omaha Beach. There, you will walk on the beaches where Allied troops landed on June 6, 1944 and absorb the poignant history of this place.
After visiting Omaha Beach, a short 15-minute drive will take you to the American Cemetery in Colleville-sur-Mer. You will be able to pay tribute to fallen soldiers and explore the memorial, a place of contemplation and poignant remembrance.
During this excursion, travelers will discover Mont-Saint-Michel, the jewel of Normandy. As they approach, a spectacular panoramic view will greet them. The driver-guide will provide a history before starting the tour. Travelers will explore the Benedictine abbey, a medieval masterpiece, and its crypts, cloisters, and Gothic rooms. Then, they will stroll through the cobbled streets of the village, admiring the traditional houses and artisan shops. A lunch break will allow you to savor local specialties such as salt meadow lamb. After the guided tour, they will have free time to explore, take photos and buy souvenirs. This tour combines culture, history and magnificent landscapes, guaranteeing an unforgettable experience.
After visiting the American cemetery of Colleville-sur-Mer, you will begin the return journey to the Le Havre cruise terminal. Travel time is estimated at approximately 2 hours. You will arrive at the terminal at the end of the day, with unforgettable memories of your excursion to Normandy.

Adil was so nice and accommodating, he knew we were combining a visit to a family memorial in addition to Mont Saint Michel. He had never been to Vire but was completely prepared and made our very long day stress free and able to enjoy the day. He even asked if we wanted to stop anywhere else and got us back to our ship in more than enough time. We can't thank him enough for being our driver that day.

Our driver did a great job taking us to the sites we requested and even added one that was not on the list but was so glad he added Pointe du Hoc. The French countryside was beautiful and the small cute villages so quaint. Mont Sant Michele was quite a sight to see, it looks so surreal as you drive up to it

Would have been better if driver could have spoken better English. He was unable to relate to anything on the tour and could only give very basic information such as what time to be back to leave. Totally unqualified to drive an English speaking group.

I traveled with my 25 year old granddaughter. We were the group of 2! The experience was great. Adults was an excellent driver. He was professional, courteous, and accommodating. I am 81 years old. He asked us to be back by 1:30 pm. We couldn't make that goal--I needed to walk slower than most of the tourists. We made it back by 2:15. Thus we ran out of time and did not make it to the American Cemetery near Omaha Beach. It was not Adil's fault. We drove back to Honfleur feeling very satisfied with our day.

Mont Saint Michel is a wonder ! We were so happy we took the day trip. Unfortunately there were no guided tours of the abbey on Saturday, but we still enjoyed the incredible structure . Omaha Beach and Pont du Hoc and American cemetery were most impressive
