We had an amazing time on our private car tour from Luxembourg City to the Moselle Valley. Our guide, Alma, was fantastic and tailored the entire 80 km route to our specific interests in history and local traditions. We saw gorgeous villages, historical sites, and wine cellars, breaking up the drive with beautiful short walks and a relaxing stop at a local cafe. It was incredibly comfortable and perfectly paced. If you want a personalized way to see Luxembourg, book this tour with Alma!
We saw so much more than we could have on our own. Saw the highlights that we really wanted to see.
Alma is an exceptional and knowledgeable guide. Her tour is necessary to value and appreciate Luxembourg and its' history.
Alma has a wealth of knowledge of the history of Luxembourg and is passionate about sharing it. She’s a safe driver and was very punctual on pickup. We were lucky the weather was beautiful as well. Also the price of the private tour is extremely reasonable. If you want to have a good overview of Luxembourg, we highly recommend this tour. Thank you Alma.
Alma was a great host, she shared her knowledge and offered an insight into the history and culture of Luxemburg that only a local could provide
Alma was very informative and enthusiastic to share her knowledge of Luxembourg . She also enjoyed listening about my travels throughout the world. It was a pleasure to be on her tour.
Great experience. Friendly and professional Tour Guide with lots of knowledge to share. Caters to individual likes. Highly recomnend would not have learnt or seen the real Luxemvourg without her
It can be longer than the advertised 5 hours, which is a good thing, so plan accordingly. Be prepared to absorb a lot of history, including names, places and dates.
Alma was fantastic! She is a wealth of knowledge on history and the city and country of Luxembourg. The city walk was beautiful and quite easy for me (I was on a cane) and had no problem keeping up. We signed on for a private tour and I learned so much about the city of Luxembourg that I hope we go back and spend more time. The drive through the countryside was spectacular on our way to Shengan. Again, we learned so much about the city of Shengan and the treaty. Book a private tour with Alma and you will walk away wanting more. Thank you Alma!
I highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to see the highlights of Luxembourg City as well as the beautiful surrounding countryside. Alma was an excellent guide, sharing a wealth of information about the history of each location we visited. The day was relaxed and flexible, allowing me to include any specific places I was interested in. With Alma’s help, you can tailor your own itinerary and move at a comfortable pace, with plenty of time to stop for coffee or lunch if you wish. I learned so much about Luxembourg’s history and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Thanks, Alma, for a wonderful day together!
