Lenka met my husband and me at our hotel. We knew right away that she is not a typical tour guide with a script. She took time to get to know us and what our interests are. We told her that we were especially interested in medieval architecture and that we wanted to end the tour near the Mucha museum. It's a testament to her deep knowledge of Prague that she was able to plan our tour on the spot. And it was wonderful! In every site, she had deep knowledge of the history and significance of the building, its location, its style, and its evolution over the centuries. She showed us many sites that were beyond the typical tourist agenda. All the while she was friendly, engaging, and helpful. She even gave me some fantastic recommendations for places to shop for authentic souvenirs. When we go back, Lenka will be our first call.
