Meet your local guides in the evening and join thousands of other motorbikes as you ride through the colorful city streets. Explore notable neighborhoods, including district 3 where the locals live and learn all about Ho Chi Minh City. Stop to enjoy some "Bánh Xèo" and "Bánh Khọt" (South and Central rice pancakes), and learn how they are made from a chef with over 20 years experience. Or the option 2, you will taste the best 3 amazing local dishes with crispy fried shrimp spring rolls enjoy with chili sauce; steamed rice pancake rolled with grilled pork and herbs, served with fish sauce and young jackfruit salad with pork and shrimp served with sesame griddle cake enjoy with sweet and sour fish sauce. Go exploring and climbing up to the top of old buildings to see the contrasting architecture between the modern and the traditional. You can even visit a local pagoda which was built inside an old apartment by a female monk.
Discover the biggest night flower market and street food paradise then soak up the wonderful bouquets. Bò Kho is packed with tender, fall-apart braised chunks of beef loaded with herbs, aromatics and a delicious broth that go perfectly with Vietnamese baguette! Or the other option is Bánh Canh Cua, regarded as one of the best seafood noodle soups. Banh Canh Cua features thick noodles in a light yellow broth with a variety of toppings.
Venture into district 5, where the city’s street food scene really thrives. Reward your taste buds with a heavenly dish of Coconut Ice Cream or Coconut Jelly which is made from coconut water and coconut milk in the coconut shell at a local stall. Watch as the owner prepares some coconut ice cream right before your eyes. Take a spin around the city for enticing views of the night life, and experience the hustle and bustle of fashion street. Squeeze through narrow alleyways that cars can’t access, and journey along the banks of the Saigon River with a welcoming breeze.
End your motorbike street food experiences in district 4, where you will enjoy a seafood meal of 3 different dishes (if you are allergic to seafood, it will be replaced by BBQ meat). Tuck into a nice dessert of flan cake with caramel, coffee and coconut milk. Wash it all down with local beer or soft drinks, mineral water and especially homemade Forest Banana Sticky Rice Wine which is brewed in the clay pot by Street Food Man Vinny. Banana was picked from huge banana trees in the depth of giant forest in the North West of Vietnam. Rice wine was distilled in the most traditional way in Vinny's village where is far away from the city.

We did the tour in warm Saigon. As a family with two teenagers it was a great experience we will never forget. Thuy, Chloe, Aaron and Rachel did an amazing job leading us trough the city on bike and show us some hidden spots with history and let us taste delicious meals on the way. A must do to learn the city!

The Street Food Tour was absolutely fantastic, me and my partner had an amazing time. Nhung and Doanh (our lovely guides) came to meet us at our hotel which was super convenient. They were charming, funny, and knowledagble throughout the whole tour. We went all over Ho Chi Minh City, and got to sightsee see parts of the city we wouldn't have otherwise gone to in between certain food stops. The food was delicious and Nhung and Doanh always took time to explain the cultural and culinary context of everything we were having, which was very interesting. My partner is a coeliac and couldn't have gluten. This wasn't a problem at all for Nhung and Doanh, they were super knowledable about our dietary requirements and always spoke to vendors to make sure all ingredients are coeliac friendly and risks of cross-contamination were addressed too. We felt stress free and safe, which can often be hard when traveling abroad with dietary requirements. The food tour is a lovely way to spend an evening and a fantastic way to get to know Ho Chi Minh City from passionate locals!

This was hands down the best food tour we have ever taken. Hazel and Lam, our guides, met me and my daughter at our hotel on time. They took us to several hidden gems that only locals would know about - each specialising in a different type of food. In total we tried at least 10 dishes, covering the gamut of Vietnamese cuisine, including restaurant dishes, street food, night markets, desserts, etc. Every thing we tried was delicious and authentic. Hazel and Lam also took us to local neighbourhoods and communities, so we could get a sense of everyday HCMC life. It was fun riding on the bikes, and they drove safely. They also told us many interesting and entertaining anecdotes, which made the evening feel like a night out with friends. We had a blast and it was easily the most memorable and fun time we had in our entire 10-day trip across Vietnam! I could not recommend this tour enough.

We did a beautiful food tour on the motorcycles yesterday! We visited places and had local food that includes food like.. Bánh xèo which is a Vietnamese pancake that has pork or seafood with a collection of different herbs! Beef stew with delicious beef with broth and vegetables with crispy bread. Coconut ice cream, (we had SWEETCORN for a topping!) Coffee caramel cake (delicious!) And much more including shrimp and noodles! We drove around the city and it’s so beautiful at night time! My fiancée and I just done the motorbike food tour with Albert and Joyce as our guides. They were fantastic at showing us round to many local food spots and introducing us to new Viet dishes we hadn’t tried before. All the meals were great, most of the locations were in back alleys and not on google maps so would be difficult to find without this tour! If you have food allergies or restrictions they can cater for this. Couldn’t recommend enough, thanks again Albert and Joyce!
