Strongly recommend visiting YATA Wellness & Sound Healing. I had a perfect sound healing session with Maisie. Maisie has such a lovely, warm energy and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. Her approach is calm, thoughtful, and very grounding. She gets to know you before the session to ensure it is tailored to you and your aim for the session. The location is perfect. It can be so hard to really feel a sense of sanctuary in the busyness of Ho Chi Minh City, but this space is tucked away, peaceful, and completely silent once you are inside. The room is fully equipped with different sound bowls, and Maisie really takes the time to choose what fits your energy and the session. Afterward, she also sits with you to reflect and gives thoughtful advice, which made the experience feel even more personal and meaningful. It was a perfect experience to feel grounded, rebalanced, and reset. Highly recommend.
I feel so refreshed and incredibly relaxed after the sound bath session. The yoga part was great for stretching out my body with simple poses that I think anyone could follow. YATA also prepared some snacks and drinks, and the hosts here are just so welcoming and enthusiastic.
You guys should definitely give the sound bath here a try! The service is amazing—the combo of yoga and sound bath is so relaxing. We even got warm eye masks and heated neck pillows, plus some healthy snacks at the end. Ms. Maisie’s instructions were super easy to follow, and the way she plays the singing bowls gave me such a unique and blissful experience. Highly recommend!
Great class. I was really tired after my long flight from the US. This class really helped me focus and concentrate on relaxation. It helped my symptoms of fatigue and jet lag. I really liked the warm eye compresses. It felt great.
Spent a free day in Saigon trying out the Sound Healing session here. It was my first time experiencing such deep relaxation and total body release. I'm definitely bringing my friends next time!
