As usual, I will send Rigo a text and check his availability on the date that I am flying in to Santiago. Rigo usually responds within a reasonable time, and its just that easy. Rigo, or whoever he sends to get me is always right on time, and gets me where I need to go just as scheduled. I always use Rigo's services any time I go to the Dominican Republic due to his reliability. The costs from Santiago to Puerto Plata or Sosua for a round trip usually runs pretty close to $200, and Im not sure if there are better prices, but for me the key is the reliability. He's always there when I need him, so I choose to go with Rigo.

Rigo picked me up from the airport. Was there waiting for me as soon as I got out the terminal. His transportation is A plus. Gave a great tour of Puerto Plata and pointed out many interesting facts about the city. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting DR. Excellent business!

Our driver Agustin was great. Friendly, easy, great communication. He was at the airport when we arrived and took us back for an early morning flight. Clean vehicle. Safe driver.

Rigo was prompt and very helpful. He was able to get us to our destination as quickly and safely as he could. He took us back to the airport and was like a tour guide on the way back. He is amazing and he runs a great company! I highly recommend.

Booked a airport pick up with Rigo Taxi. And his service was excellent. We arrived and he was outside waiting in prompt timing and escorted us and our bags into the taxi, offered us the complimentary wifi. Driving was very smooth and relaxing. Got to our destination in prompt timing. We booked a return trip and it was the same excellent service. I highly recommend Mr.Rigo taxi for our transportation and tour needs.

Jesus was very nice and willing to share his knowledge and recommendations. He also came prepared with a cooler of cold drinks for us. Only reason Im not giving 5 stars is there was some confusion about the round trip back to the airport that I was able to squash pretty quickly, but that was a little uncomfortable when it came to payment. To be clear, that was not the driver Jesus, but the manager who called during the ride from the airport.

They were great, responsive and accommodating; I was able to book transfers with 24 hours notice - no issues and I needed to change pickup times - again no issues. I would definitely use again 👍🏿
