We rescheduled a return pickup from the ferry from Isla Mujeres, our flight the next morning was too early for Happy shuttle to get us to the airport in time so we rescheduled a day early to stay in cancun. We told them 3 p.m., we waited for 20 minutes, they never showed at the scheduled time, we called and the lady told us she had 2:30, she said the driver called us, he did not! So we asked if they could come and get us, she said no! So we had to hire an Uber to get to our hotel. We always used Happy shuttle in the past, not anymore. They should refund us the last leg of the trip, plus the cost of an Uber.

I made a short trip solely to swim with the whale sharks.(this was amazing-!) Being a solo traveler, I decided to book ahead with happy shuttle. The drivers were there for me when I arrived. Very professional & kind. I would highly recommend.

Booked a round trip directly from Happy Shuttle. When arrived at the airport waited a long time until they found us a minivan with 1/2 working air conditioner. Representative at the airport gave me a receipt with a phone number stating that I can change the location with no problem. I called in advance and asked to change the location that was CLOSER to airport than the original location, but they asked for more money. It cost me less money to get another transportation than they were asking to overpay to original $145. Customer service was careless and unprofessional. Use UBER: safe and half the price.

I am so very happy with this company. I started off accidentally booking twice. Customer service immediately handled my mistake and refunded me for the extra reservation. Upon arrival and departure, the greeters were incredibly helpful and friendly. The drivers were nice, professional and fun to talk with about their country. Vans were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend using Happy Shuttle. It made our trip transitions smooth, easy and stress free--as a vacation should be!

Electronic communication was awful booked my time and would not allow me to change and no refund for our return trip! Had to spend another $80 usd via taxi and they were not helpful in trying to locate another driver even though they had a large van with only 2 passengers! Would not recommend!
It was truly so easy to do and our drivers were so nice. I didn't feel rushed and he drove us there in the time frame that was stated to us. I was worried about getting to the airport with enough time but it was perfect. We didn't wait long for the plane to board. Glad that I took their recommendation as to when to leave. Will definitely use them next trip to Mexico which is yearly.
