We have used other transfer companies over the years. This is the first one who was waiting for us at the collection point. EVERY SINGLE other one we had to call because they did not show up. Go with ihis service. You will glad you did.

To begin with, I really don’t give the lowest rating until it is really needed and after given the service some consideration. But with this airport transfer experience must I say was really a bad experience not to mention that I brought my children for the first time to visit and spent Christmas in London. Communication, I will give 4 stars to be fair! They responded quickly and must given a benefit of the doubt that they communicated the informations to their drivers! Arriving in London last December 21 was pleasant and on time but the driver was late and really first impression true that meet and greet with our name was not professionally done! Worst was he was talking about TIP the moment he saw us and frankly speaking, did not helped us carry and properly directed. And to make things worst, he found our place to stay and I’m expecting to be dropped off in front of the hotel but HE PARKED ACROSSED THE STREET AND HE LET US CROSSED THE BUST STREES AND LITERALLY PUSHING OUR BIG AND SMALL SUITCASES 😠 and to think that I have a 12 years old daughter. NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL!

Our driver was such a great guy. He was safe on the crazy London roads and was very helpful. He gave us loads of suggestions of things to do during our stay and helped us get there after getting us to our hotel. I would definitely book an airport transfer through Viator again.
Upon arrival, our driver was not at the designated meeting spot. Very frustrating following a long flight.

Great driver. He described lots of things as we passed. He Made the trip great and exciting to be in London. He went even called a friend when we asked about getting from our hotel to the Tottenham stadium .
I’m giving one star because from Heathrow Airport to my hotel was fine although we couldn’t find our driver at Heathrow for a few minutes. I’m giving a poor rating mainly because I can’t find any details about my return trip. I don’t remember what time I asked to be picked up at our hotel to return to Heathrow and when I press on the information in the app, it says “Completed “ for the trip. But it’s supposed to be roundtrip!!!! I tried “sending a message” through the Viator app to the tour operator but nobody has answered my question and it’s been 2 days since I sent it. So then we tried calling Viator and we were on hold for 20 minutes and finally gave up. I am very annoyed and this is unacceptable.
