Firdt time to DR made the reservation on line didn't no what to expect. All the associates were helpful Pleasant and efficient
No refreshments were provided. That was surprising. Drivers are normally much more responsive for loading and unloading luggage. Very friendly.
On time pick up and drop off, But drop off to wrong terminal. We thought they already knew which terminal we are going since they ask for it during booking. Otherwise everything is good.
