The hotel is a very large, modern 5 star hotel attached to one of the largest and newest malls in Cairo with over 750 stores, But that is not what I want to comment on. I had a health issue and want to thank and compiment how the Duty manager,Jasmin, supported me. She was awesome! Also one of the bellman, Ahmed Razek, was helpful. (I should also add that the buffets are prodigious, good, and beautifully presented)
