I booked an SUV from the airport the hotel in Las Vegas- only to be walking to various pick up points with no meet and greet! the vehicle that arrived was not an SUV! we were cramped up on our transfer!
Flight got cancelled./postponed they would not respond to phone text or email to change pickup time. No customer service at all. Do not recommend
I was expecting a SUV not a van, description said SUV. For the price I could have just Uber’s. Driver was nice and got us to the location, but again just over priced

Advised Viator of flight change they took no responsibility advised to call operator directly. Called operator at 11 am to advise of forced change advised it was ok as they track the flight number. Driver contacted at 12.40 of pick up messaged flight change. Advised again at 2.18 and 5.57 of another change due to engine problems. All Hawaii. Driver messaged at 9.15 pm Vegas time “ I sorry about that Cancelled but I checked out now and note 4 hours” quote. Not happy as no way the flight was tracked as the flight number never changed.

She never made it on time. We waited over 20 minutes. We finally got tired of waiting and went to taxi line.

Fantastic service! Diego kept in touch with us from the moment we landed, delayed going through customs, and was there when we came out of the terminal. Great taste in music also!!

Does not respond to phone calls or texts; flight was delayed and could not help rectify situation. Driver did, at one point, respond to a text but when my flight arrived, was nowhere to be found or able to reach via phone number we were communicating on
