Pickup Locations & Times

**Airport Pickup:** Upon arrival, please collect your baggage and head to the Arrivals Hall. Your driver waits outside of the terminal in the Ground Transportation pick-up area holding a sign displaying an orange Cancun Travel Experience logo. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time and can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight landing time. Arrivals: If by any chance, you encounter any issues locating your driver please go to any of the following meeting points: - Terminal 2 (Domestic arrivals) at Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (International arrivals) at Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 at Margaritaville Bar - Terminal 4 at Welcome Bar **Hotel Pickup:** Your exact pickup time will be confirmed a day before your flight departure, your driver will meet you at the lobby of your hotel. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Please be ready and waiting a few minutes before the confirmed pickup time, drivers are only allowed to wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time.

No one showed up to pick...

No one showed up to pick us up. We stood around for 30 minutes and did not get a ride please process refund

Cancun pick up from the airport

our driver was fantastic, he picked us up from the airport and it was a smooth pick up. I was so stressed about the travel but I believe his name was Omar and he was great!

Horrible

Horrible service They cancelled our trip when our flight was delayed. Did not respond to messages and we had to find a new transportation service.

Don’t use

They cancelled the transfer while we were waiting for them at the airport. I had to contact them to see where they were. They didn’t proactively communicate with me. If you have ever been at the Cancun airport you would know that it is a terrible place to try and leave. I was furious.

Excellent Driver

The driver was excellent. Not only was he friendly, but he drove smoothly. He even offered to stop if we wanted a beer or something to get the trip off to a great start

Driver was great, but company asked for more money after I bought the deal

The driver was very friendly/professional and was there on time. But what I didn’t like is that they charge me more money $40 after I booked and paid for the “deal”. I paid $95 total from Cancun airport to my hotel (38min drive)…😤☹️

Regarding the additional charge, we would like to clarify that the reservation was originally booked under the Cancun hotel zone fare, which was the option selected during the booking process. However, the hotel entered in the reservation was not located in Cancun, but in the Playa del Carmen area, which corresponds to a different transportation zone and rate due to the longer distance involved. The additional $40 USD was simply the fare adjustment required for the correct destination zone. As a courtesy, we also offered the option to cancel the reservation with a refund if you preferred not to proceed with the updated rate; however, you chose to continue with the service and accepted the difference for the correct fare. We appreciate your understanding and thank you again for traveling with us.
