Private Marrakech City Tour: Bahia Palace, Majorelle & Souks

We had an amazing day, perfectly organized from start to finish. The schedule was diverse and well planned, with authentic activities smoothly connected together, including transportation between each location, which made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. A huge thank you to our guide, who was outstanding throughout the day: very welcoming, always available, attentive to our questions, and passionate about sharing his country with us. He explained the local history, traditions, and customs with great enthusiasm, making the experience even more interesting and memorable.

It was a very incredible experience with most amazing assistance and patience. They took us the places we wanted, gave us great recommendations especially the Hammam place and oil pharmacy.

On behalf of my group of 5, I want to say a collective "thank you" to Zack. We were headed to Marrakesh with very few plans, except buying "real" argan oil, and shopping in the souks in the old medina. We met Zack after 2 of the 5 ladies missed the train to Marrakesh. Zack was an absolute gentlemen. After helping us get settled on the train ride, Zack arranged transportation to our Riad; not only for us, but for my other 2 friends who missed the train, and would arrive almost 3 hrs later. Zack addressed ALL of our concerns; and we had plenty! We were now able to make "real" plans of things to do in Marrakesh. Wherever we wanted to go, see, eat, or just ideas..Zack had the answers. He was always generous with his time, always reachable. As a group of 5, we chose the private tour of Marrakesh. The bonus is.. you can stay as long, or as short as you want while visiting the sites. It's your time; spend it as you wish in clean, comfortable, luxury vehicles, with respectable drivers. In essence, meeting Zack brought order to, and simplified our brief time in Marrakesh. We avoided chaos! If ever we, or any of my friends or family were to visit Morocco, I would definitely recommend Zack.

We absolutely love Morocco! We stayed in Casablanca during the beginning or our trip and took a train to Marrakech for the 2nd half of the trip. While we were waiting for the train and looking super confused, we met Zack. He was a very nice, personable young man who offered to help us navigate the train system. He began telling us so many wonderful things about Marrakech and it turned out that he offered tours. He gave us his business card and we arranged to take a ½ day tour with him the next day as we had no specific plans. When we got to the train station in Marrakech, he had already arranged for his driver to pick us up from the train station, in a beautiful, air conditioned, comfortable van, and take us to our hotel! It was amazing! The tour with Zack was phenomenal. He knows everything there is to know about Marrakech and Moracco and he was eager to answer any questions we had. After that we just couldn’t let Zack go! We hired him for the next 3 days! He showed us all around the local places and introduced us to so many new and wonderful things. Since it was a private tour, Zack let us take our time wherever we went. We have travelled extensively, and we have NEVER enjoyed ourselves on tours more than our time with Zack. YOU MUST LET ZACK SHOW YOU MARRAKECH!! You will NOT be disappointed.

We met Zack by chance on the train on our second day in Morocco and we are so thankful we did. Zack showed us a side of Morocco we wouldn’t have got to know without him. This half day tour was flawless. We were able to go get to each location effortlessly and were never rushed and I don’t think we would have been able to do this on our own. Zack also taught us a lot of history and was always willing to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend connecting with Zack if you are planning a trip to not only Marrakech but anywhere in Morocco. He is kind, knowledgeable and always great for a laugh! Our Expedition was for two weeks and our guide Zack took us all over Morrocco from the desert to the mountains and the sea. Zack was pretty helpful when we extended our trip and he took us to awesome restaurants serving real authentic Moroccan dishes. Thank you Zack!

Zack was an amazing guide. His attention to service and his knowledge of the city was rewarding and made the trip fun and memorable for my husband and me. Zack’s recommendations from the hotel and spa to historic sites and meals were exactly what we wanted as he listened and got to know us to cater and curate our unique personal experiences. The transportation he secured was top notch. I highly recommend his services and developing a relationship with him. We still call on him from time to time to connect with the amazing vendors he knew!

The trip with Zack was amazing! We were two girls with limited time wanting to have maximum experience. We wanted to see Marrakech, the dessert and Fez, but not the touristic places rather than the real Morocco. Zack made the impossible possible within very little ramp up time. He was referred to us by two other tourists we met so we thought we also trust him. It was so worth it! We saw everything we wanted to see and more. The sahara was my personal favourite as I have never touched softer sand or seen a more clear night sky. Zack also organised a short walk lead by one of the camel guides explaining how they and their ancestors used the stars to find the way through the dessert. The drive was looong & warm but it was picturesque and fun! 😄 Zack knew us girls very well so we had a blast singing to all the music he put on. Also a big plus! Zack always knows the best restaurants to get real Moroccan food for real moroccan prices 😁 Maybe also good to know: Zack takes you to places that showcase real tradition. The good thing is that it never felt like you were brought there to buy something. no Thank you again, Zack!
