Pickup Locations & Times
For airport arrivals, our driver will be waiting just outside the arrivals terminal with a sign bearing your full name. Please ensure you provide a working phone number with WhatsApp in case we need to contact you upon arrival. If your accommodation is inside the Medina (old town) where vehicles are not allowed, we will arrange a meeting point nearby or assist with a porter to walk you to your riad. Pickups from remote areas or countryside properties (e.g., Route de Fès, Route de l’Ourika, Palmeraie, Agafay, etc.) may require additional coordination and a small extra fee depending on distance. If your flight or arrival is delayed, don’t worry—we monitor all flights in real time and wait up to 90 minutes after landing at no extra charge. For departures, we recommend scheduling your pickup at least 3 hours before your flight to ensure timely arrival at Marrakech Airport.

I do not recommend at all: 1/ 4 times the price of a regular taxi 2/ person on arrival at the airport (after several searches at the exit of the airport and attempts to reach them by phone, I am told that someone will be there in 15 minutes) 3/ transport in an old vehicle (nothing to do with the announcement photo either at the vehicle or the clothing of the driver who showed up) 4/ no professionalism (we had to follow the driver by running with our suitcases because parked in double queue without receiving any help from him)

Booking went well, driver was on time. We got to the airport OK. He then insisted I owed him another €10 on top of the $40 I had already paid. There was never any mention of this beforehand.
